It could be better if you drew the legs and got rid of the dots on his arms but then again that's my opinion

I agree about the legs it’s a very unfinished piece that I should redraw when I have the chance. Personally I kinda like the dots since I like adding little details. But I understand why it looks very wonky. Thank you so much for your critique

A little work on the proportions would be nice here and making the riolu a little skinnier and making the riolus limbs longer would be cool also obviously making it more accurate to theyre original Pokemon designs would be nice
